  • People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, including active infections, uncontrolled diabetes, certain heart conditions, or irregular heart rhythms
  • People with a known or suspected history of not following medical instructions, or with drug or alcohol misuse concerns
  • People who are unable to follow study procedures, for example due to language barriers, psychological conditions, or dementia
  • People who have participated in another clinical trial using an investigational drug within the 30 days before joining, or who are currently in another such trial
  • The investigator running the trial, their family members, employees, or other people directly dependent on them
