Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) that has tested positive for a specific protein marker called AQP4, based on 2015 international diagnostic guidelines
- You are already receiving treatment for NMOSD, and your treatment has not changed in the last 6 months (or in the last 1 month for pain relief, antidepressant, or antipsychotic medications)

Who may not be able to join:

- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are under a legal guardianship arrangement that limits your ability to make your own decisions
- You are bedridden or active for less than 2 hours per day
- You currently misuse drugs or alcohol in a way that could affect your test results, based on a doctor's assessment
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 30 days, or are currently in another trial that might interfere with this one
