Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People for whom a robot-assisted partial kidney removal has been recommended due to a suspicious kidney tumour
- People whose kidney tumour is considered moderately or highly complex, based on a scoring system called the RENAL Nephrometry Score (a score above 7)
- People whose surgery will be performed using the Da Vinci® robotic surgical system
- People covered by the French social security system or an equivalent system
- People who have signed the required consent forms for both the UroCCR and ACCURATE studies
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a medical reason that prevents them from having a robot-assisted partial kidney removal
- People whose kidney function is too poor to safely receive an iodine-based dye injection
- People who have a known allergy to iodine-based contrast dyes (a type of substance used in imaging scans)
- People who are considered "protected persons" under French public health law (articles L1121-5 to 8), which may include pregnant women, people under guardianship, and certain other groups (confirm with trial site)
