Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 85 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with stage I–IV Hodgkin's or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, or stage I–III breast cancer
- People who are expected to receive certain cancer treatments, including specific types of chemotherapy (such as anthracyclines, trastuzumab, or rituximab), immunotherapy (immune checkpoint inhibitors), or radiation therapy (within 8 weeks of finishing radiation)
- People who are able to speak and understand English
- People who are able to walk at least 2 city blocks (roughly 0.2 miles) on a flat surface without difficulty
- People whose doctors expect them to survive beyond 6 months
- People who have a helper available to assist with at-home testing activities
Who may not be able to join:
- People with very high blood pressure that is not under control (top number above 190 or bottom number above 100)
- People with a recent history of alcohol or drug misuse, active inflammatory conditions such as lupus or inflammatory bowel disease, or other serious health conditions that could affect safety — though stable chronic conditions may be considered with approval from the person's doctor and the trial's lead researcher
- People with certain metal implants or electronic devices in their body that are not compatible with MRI scans, such as some types of brain surgery clips, pacemakers, defibrillators, or nerve stimulators — unless approved by the person's doctor and the trial's lead researcher
- People who are pregnant
- People with unstable angina (a serious, unpredictable type of chest pain)
- People for whom exercise testing or training is medically unsuitable
- People who are unable to exercise on a treadmill or stationary bike
- People with significant irregular heartbeats of a specific type (more than 20 extra ventricular beats per minute)
- People with a type of irregular heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation where the heart rate is not well controlled
- People who have had a heart attack within the past 28 days
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate
