Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are over 18 years old
• You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test
• Your cancer is at an advanced or spread stage (stage IIIB-IV) that cannot be removed by surgery, or it has come back or spread after surgery
• You have at least one tumor that can be measured and tracked using standard medical imaging
• Your cancer has tested positive for a specific gene change called an EGFR mutation, confirmed by a tissue or fluid sample
• You have been treated with a specific approved type of targeted drug (a third-generation EGFR-TKI) as your first treatment for this cancer
• You are willing to share your medical records, scan results, and samples for research purposes, and agree that your data may be used for future research and product development
• You are willing to take part in the study and sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are unable to understand what the study involves or are unwilling to sign the consent form
• Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have had another type of cancer within the last 3 years
• People who are currently taking part in, or have taken part in, another clinical drug trial
• People who have received any full-body (systemic) cancer treatment within the last 2 years
