Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Children and teenagers aged between 9 and 17 years
  • People who have experienced a traumatic event and can remember at least one of those events

  • People currently experiencing serious safety concerns, such as active thoughts of suicide or acute psychosis
  • People known to be misusing substances such as cannabis, alcohol, or other drugs as a way of managing their emotions
  • People who have a fear of domestic animals
  • People who have had allergic reactions to domestic animals
  • People who have a history of aggressive behaviour toward animals
