Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been living permanently in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Yogyakarta City for at least 6 months

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have had a confirmed COVID-19 infection in the past month, confirmed by a PCR or antigen test from a health facility or laboratory
  • People who have a history of long-term (chronic) illnesses, non-communicable diseases, conditions present from birth, or disabilities
  • People who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having active Tuberculosis (TB) in any form
  • People who have had a digestive or nutrient absorption condition (such as celiac disease or inflammatory bowel disease) in the past three months or during the study period
  • People who have taken antibiotics within 2 weeks before the study starts (the trial site may consider including someone after 3 weeks have passed since their last antibiotic dose)
  • People who are taking medications or have conditions that may affect the immune system, such as immune deficiencies, medicines that suppress the immune system, or recent blood transfusions or blood products
  • People who are taking insulin or cholesterol-lowering (anti-dyslipidemia) medications
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
