Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 19 and 70 years of age
- People who weigh at least 45 kg (approximately 99 lbs)
- People who have been diagnosed with PTSD using a specific clinical assessment (called the CAPS-5), completed within seven days of enrolling in the trial

- People with advanced liver disease
- People with a current or past hepatitis B infection
- People who have previously been treated with the specific drug combination used in this trial, or certain related liver medications (confirm with trial site)
- People who currently have a hepatitis C infection
- People who are currently experiencing psychosis or mania
- People with significant thoughts of suicide
- People with unstable medical conditions
- People with a current severe alcohol or drug use disorder (not including nicotine)
- People who have changed or started a recognised PTSD-focused therapy program within the past two months
- People who have changed or started a recognised PTSD medication within the past two months
