Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced melanoma
- People whose disease can be measured using standard imaging guidelines (known as RECIST 1.1 criteria)
- People who have not yet received any treatment for their advanced melanoma (this would be their first treatment)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose melanoma started in the eye (ocular) or in mucous membranes such as the mouth or nasal passages (mucosal melanoma)
- People who have previously been treated with a type of cancer medicine called a checkpoint inhibitor
- People who currently have active cancer spread to the brain (active brain metastases)
- People who are currently taking medicines that suppress the immune system
