Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with head and neck cancer (specifically in the oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, or nasopharynx) at an early to moderate stage (Stage I–III), confirmed by a tissue test, and who have agreed to receive full-dose radiation treatment aimed at curing the cancer.

- People who have the mental ability to understand the study and agree to take part.
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who need radiation treatment after surgery that was intended to remove the cancer, either fully or as much as possible.
- People who are receiving radiation treatment to manage symptoms rather than to cure the cancer.
- People under 18 years of age.
