Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, or social anxiety disorder, using a standard set of medical guidelines called the DSM-5
- People who have been referred to the National Clinic for 4-Day Treatment at Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway
- People who have agreed to take part in a Norwegian quality registry for intensive treatment formats (a data collection program called "Kvalitetsregister for konsentrerte behandlingsformat")
For the brain scan (MRI) part of the study — healthy volunteers:
- People with no history of any psychiatric disorder, as confirmed through a standard screening interview
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviour
- People currently experiencing a manic episode
- People whose primary diagnosis is an eating disorder
- People with an intellectual disability
- People currently experiencing psychosis
- People currently dealing with substance abuse
For the brain scan (MRI) part of the study:
- People for whom an MRI scan would not be safe, such as those who are pregnant or have metal implants in their body (confirm with trial site)
