Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who are willing to give their formal agreement to take part in the study
- People whose cancer has been confirmed by laboratory testing to be squamous cell carcinoma (a specific type of cancer that develops from certain skin-like cells)
- People whose cancer started in the head or neck area, including the mouth, throat, voice box, salivary glands, skin of the head and neck, or in cases where the original cancer site is unknown

- People who have previously had radiation, surgery, or other cancer treatments — as long as the treating doctor considers further radiation to be appropriate
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease)
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom radiation therapy is medically unsafe or not recommended
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
