Who might be able to join this trial:
- People whose tumor has been referred for genetic sequencing as part of a specific pediatric cancer program (such as FMG2025 or an equivalent program), and who have given written agreement to take part in that program.
- People who have given written agreement for the MAPPYACTS 2 study, which involves collecting detailed information about their cancer diagnosis, treatments, and health outcomes, including optional participation in additional research studies.
- People who have a confirmed solid tumor or blood cancer (such as leukemia) that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments, and who may be suitable for an experimental treatment or an early-phase clinical trial.

- People who were aged 25 or younger at the time their cancer was first diagnosed.
- People whose general health and life expectancy (expected to be more than 3 months) would allow them to take part in a clinical trial, as assessed by the medical team.
- People who are covered by a social security or health insurance scheme, as required by local regulations.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another illness or abnormal test results that, in the opinion of the medical team running the trial, could interfere with understanding the study results.
- People who are pregnant.
