Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 65 years who have acute myeloid leukemia (a type of blood cancer) and are receiving a chemotherapy treatment plan that includes a drug type called anthracyclines.
- People who have no signs of heart failure and whose heart pumping function (measured before chemotherapy starts) is above 50%.

Who may not be able to join:

- People who have a thyroid gland condition.
- People who have previously been treated with any monoclonal antibody medications.
- People who test positive for HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
- People with alcoholism or drug addiction.
- People whose leukemia has spread to the nervous system or formed disease sites outside the bone marrow.
- People who decline further examination during the study.
- People who develop a life-threatening situation during the study.
- People who develop a new medical condition during the study that would have excluded them from joining at the start.
