Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing to sign a consent form and complete the study as planned
• People aged between 18 and 80 years old

• People who have not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose nodule does not fall within the required size range (2–3 cm) or solid-to-total ratio (0–0.5)
• People whose tumour a surgeon has assessed as unable to be fully removed
• People whose lung cancer type has not been confirmed as adenocarcinoma through cell or tissue testing
• People who have previously had lung cancer surgery
• People who have previously received radiotherapy or chemotherapy
