Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 years or older
  • People with a diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF) confirmed through genetic testing

  • People currently receiving nutrition through a feeding tube into the stomach or gut
  • People who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant within the next 3 months, or who are sexually active without using contraception
  • People who have received antibiotics given through a drip (IV) or high-dose steroid medications for a CF flare-up within the past month
  • People who started or stopped taking a CFTR modulator medication (a specific type of CF treatment) within 3 months of joining the trial
  • People currently following a low-carbohydrate or carbohydrate-restricted diet where less than 30% of daily calories come from carbohydrates
