Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged between 18 and 60 years old
  • People diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), except for a specific subtype called AML-M3

  • People with a physical functioning score of 0–2 on a standard scale used by doctors to assess general health and ability to carry out daily activities (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have bleeding in the brain
  • People who are pregnant
  • People with a mental illness or other condition that would prevent them from following the trial plan
  • People with serious heart rhythm problems or an abnormal heart electrical reading (specifically a QT measurement over 500ms on an ECG)
