Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with osteosarcoma, confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy).
• People whose osteosarcoma has spread to the lungs and has come back at least once, even if it has relapsed multiple times.
• People who have had surgery within the past 8 weeks to remove all visible spots of cancer in the lungs, with the goal of achieving no detectable disease — including cases where the surgeon believed all spots were removed even if some post-surgery imaging showed changes like partial lung collapse, or where microscopic traces were found at the edges of removed tissue.
• People who have had lab testing confirm that at least one of the removed spots was osteosarcoma that had spread.
• People aged 8 years or older and under 30 years of age.
• People who are able to receive injections under the skin.
• People who have a reasonable level of physical functioning, as measured by standard medical scoring tools (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds).
• People who are female and of childbearing potential must have had a negative blood pregnancy test during screening, and a negative urine pregnancy test within 3 days before the first dose — and must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 120 days after the last dose.
• People who are male must agree to use adequate contraception from the first dose through 120 days after the last dose.
• People with a life expectancy of more than two months.
• People whose side effects from their most recent cancer treatment have largely resolved, and who have recovered from any recent major surgery or high-dose radiation therapy.

• People who have another active or progressing cancer in addition to osteosarcoma.

• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain.

• People who are currently in another clinical trial receiving an experimental treatment, or who have received an experimental treatment or device within the past 4 weeks.
• People with a known history of HIV.

• People with a known history of certain chronic immune or infectious conditions, including chronic granulomatous disease, active autoimmune disease, conditions treated with immune-suppressing drugs, overactive thyroid with fast heartbeat, tuberculosis, parasitic infections, or Crohn's disease.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People who have received systemic chemotherapy or immunotherapy within the three weeks before joining, or who have not fully recovered from side effects of prior treatment.
• People who would need to continue receiving other chemotherapy agents during the trial.
• People who have received radiation therapy within two weeks before joining.
• People with a known allergy to the study drug (Iscador® P) or any other mistletoe-based products.
• People who would need to take immune-stimulating or immune-suppressing medications at the same time as the trial treatment.
