Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with cervical cancer (specifically squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma), confirmed by a tissue biopsy
- Your cancer is at a locally advanced stage (classified as FIGO stage IB3, IIA2, IIB, III, or IVA based on 2018 guidelines)
- You received standard chemoradiation treatment (chemotherapy combined with radiation) for locally advanced cervical cancer, and scans or tests showed a complete response (meaning no detectable cancer remained after treatment)
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site)
- Your blood test results meet certain levels — including healthy red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells — as determined by lab tests
- Your kidney and liver function tests are within acceptable ranges
- You have signed a consent form showing you understand and agree to take part in the study

- Your cancer did not fully respond to the standard chemoradiation treatment (i.e., some cancer was still detectable after treatment)
- You have already had chemotherapy before your main treatment (neoadjuvant chemotherapy) or have had surgery for your cervical cancer
- You have any difficulties with memory, thinking, or understanding (cognitive impairment)
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (distant metastases)
- You have had any other type of cancer within the past 5 years
- You have another health condition that makes chemoradiation treatment unsafe for you — for example, a serious active infection, a heart attack within the last 6 months, heart disease, or being on medicines that suppress your immune system (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are able to become pregnant but are not using contraception
- You have seriously reduced bone marrow function, which affects your body's ability to produce blood cells
- You have a condition that causes a tendency to bleed more than normal
- You currently misuse drugs or alcohol
- You are known to have had a severe allergic reaction to any of the treatments used in this study
