Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with, or had a return of, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), or myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN).
- People who are receiving, have received, or are planning to receive treatment for one of these blood cancers or disorders, and who meet at least one of the following: treatment began within the past 18 months, treatment is planned to start within the next month, or a bone marrow transplant or CAR-T cell therapy (a specialised immune cell treatment) was received within the past 100 days.
- People who are not currently taking part in any programs or services run by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
- People who are willing to be checked in with over a 6-month period.
- People who speak English or Spanish.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have not been diagnosed with, or have not had a return of, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, MDS, or MPN.
- People who do not meet at least one of the treatment timing criteria listed above.
- People who are currently using any LLS programs or services.
- People who are not willing to be followed up with over a 6-month period.
- People who do not speak English or Spanish.
