Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 20 and 50 years of age
- People in the study group with a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 40 kg/m² (a measure of body weight relative to height that falls in the overweight to obese range)

- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Women who have gone through menopause
- People who are currently taking corticosteroid medications (a type of anti-inflammatory drug)
- People who have a serious hormonal condition such as an underactive thyroid, overactive thyroid, or a pituitary gland disorder
- People who have a psychiatric or neurological condition
- People whose body weight has changed by more than 5% in the last 6 months
- People who have or have had a cancerous tumour
- People who have an eating disorder
- People who work shift hours (e.g. rotating or night shifts)
- Relatives of other participants in the trial
- People from different ethnic backgrounds to those specified by the trial (confirm with trial site)
