Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) as your main mental health concern
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a basic ability to speak and read Swedish
- You are not currently receiving any other psychological therapy or counselling
- You are not currently in a situation involving ongoing threats or violence
- If you take antidepressant medication, your dose has stayed the same for at least 6 weeks before starting the trial
- You have access to the internet and a computer
- You are willing and able to take part after being told what the trial involves
Who may not be able to join:
- Another mental health condition or problem is considered more important to treat than your PTSD
- You are assessed as having a moderate to severe risk of suicide
- Your PTSD is related to childhood trauma that you have no memory of
