Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with AML (a type of blood cancer), ALL (another type of blood cancer), or MDS (a bone marrow disorder), and your doctors have decided you need a stem cell transplant from a partially matched donor.
  • You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form.
  • You are generally able to carry out normal daily activities, as measured by a standard health scoring system (confirm with trial site).
  • Your heart is pumping blood effectively enough to meet a minimum level set by the trial.
  • Your lungs are working well enough, either fully or at least at a minimum level measured by a breathing test.

  • You have received another type of cell-based treatment within 4 weeks before the planned date of receiving the trial treatment.
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or have received an experimental treatment within 4 weeks before the planned date of receiving the trial treatment.
