Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer, confirmed by a tissue test, and have not been diagnosed with any other cancer in the past year
- People whose general physical functioning is rated between 0 and 2 on a standard scale used by doctors to measure how much a health condition affects daily activities (confirm with trial site)
- People who have experienced sleep problems, anxiety, depression, and tiredness in the past week, each rated at least 1 out of 10 on a symptom scale

- People who have a condition that makes exercise difficult or unsafe, such as an active neurological disorder or a recent heart attack
- People who are currently taking part in any other exercise or mind-body programs or classes
- People who are already doing regular exercise, meaning at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week
