Who might be able to join this trial:
- (For both parts) You are a primary care provider working at a VA (Veterans Affairs) facility and speak English.
- (For Part 1) You are a Veteran who considers yourself to have Long COVID.
- (For Part 2) You are a Veteran who has been assessed and meets the criteria for Long COVID using a specific symptom questionnaire (confirm with trial site).
- (For Part 2) You are a Veteran who has an upcoming appointment scheduled with one of the participating doctors or clinicians within one to six months of that clinician joining the study.
Who may not be able to join:
- (For both parts) Clinicians who have already completed a training program called "Concordant Care Training" are not eligible.
- (For Part 1) Veterans who are not currently receiving healthcare through the VA are not eligible.
- (For Part 2) Veterans who were admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) because of COVID-19 are not eligible.
