  • People who are willing to use personal or study-provided devices to track and carry out exercise routines
  • People who are fluent in English or Spanish (for completing a quality-of-life questionnaire)
  • People who have no known medical reasons to avoid high-intensity exercise

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have medical reasons that prevent them from doing aerobic exercise
  • People who are currently taking part in a regular aerobic exercise program
  • People who have recently developed chest pain or shortness of breath during physical activity
  • People whose bladder cancer has been identified through laboratory testing as a specific type called micropapillary or sarcomatoid bladder cancer
  • People whose cancer has spread to distant parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
