Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a specific early-stage bladder cancer (called primary T1 bladder cancer), confirmed by lab results from tissue samples.
- Your diagnosis has been confirmed by a second surgical procedure to check the bladder (called a second-look TURB).
- Scans and imaging show that the cancer has not spread to your lymph nodes or other parts of your body.
- You agree to have surgery and are willing to follow the recommended follow-up care and treatment after surgery, as set out in current medical guidelines.

- You have a medical reason that makes surgery unsafe or not possible (for example, scarring of the bladder called bladder fibrosis).
- Your overall health is too poor to safely undergo surgery.
- Your life expectancy is less than one year.
- You do not wish to take part in the trial.
- You are pregnant.
- You have been diagnosed with, or previously had, a type of cancer affecting the urinary tract above the bladder (called upper urinary tract urothelial cancer).
