Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with gynaecological cancer who are receiving radiotherapy after having lymph node surgery, and who agree to take part voluntarily by signing a consent form.
• People aged between 18 and 60 years old.
• People who are reasonably active and able to carry out daily activities, as measured by a standard medical performance scale (ECOG score below 2).
• People whose doctors expect them to live for more than 3 years.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have already been diagnosed with lymphoedema (fluid swelling from the lymphatic system) or deep vein thrombosis (blood clots in the leg veins).

• People who have swelling in their lower legs or feet.
• People who are pregnant or currently menstruating at the time of enrolment.
• People who have recently had major abdominal surgery, as determined by the trial investigator.
• People who have radiation-related bowel or bladder inflammation, intestinal infection, or pouches/inflammation in the large or small bowel.
• People who have liver fibrosis (scarring of the liver).
• People who have an abdominal aortic aneurysm (a bulge in the main blood vessel in the abdomen).
• People who have acute phlebitis (sudden inflammation of a vein).
• People who have severe blockages in their arteries, arterial ulcers, or certain abnormal blood pressure readings between the ankle and arm (confirm specific values with the trial site).
• People who have severe nerve damage in their hands or feet.
• People whose high blood pressure, history of stroke, diabetes, or severe asthma is not well controlled.
• People who are unable to understand the trial content or are unwilling to cooperate, or who refuse to sign the consent form.
• People who have other conditions or circumstances that, in the investigator's judgement, could seriously affect their safety or their ability to complete the trial.
