Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been part of the Epsilon care pathway since it opened in February 2022
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 lung infection (confirmed by medical records) and were referred to the Epsilon service by a community/city doctor, AND you still have serious or ongoing symptoms that have lasted more than 4 weeks, or complex/disabling symptoms lasting more than 3 months
- You are 18 years old or older
- OR you were hospitalised after a confirmed COVID-19 lung infection and needed oxygen treatment for at least 48 hours, do not already have a lung specialist (pulmonologist) looking after you, are not living in a care home or institution, and are expected to live for more than 6 months
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not want your personal health data to be used for research purposes
- You have other health conditions that are currently not being treated or managed
