  • People who are not pregnant
  • People who are not able to become pregnant

  • People who are fewer than 8 weeks or more than 18 weeks pregnant at the time of screening
  • People who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day
  • People outside the age range of 18 to 45 years
  • People with a BMI below 20.0 or above 45.0
  • People who have already gained 25% or more of their total recommended pregnancy weight gain before enrolling

  • People currently taking weight loss medications

  • People with an uncontrolled sleep disorder such as insomnia or sleep apnoea (without doctor approval)
