Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had abdominal surgery within the 6 months before being admitted to hospital for this procedure
- People who currently have an active infection in the genital area
- People who have inflammatory bowel disease
- People who have used antibiotics or probiotic supplements within the 3 months before surgery
