Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are willing to take part voluntarily, have signed a consent form, and are able to follow the study requirements

  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after, have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before joining, and must not be breastfeeding
  • If you are a man, you must agree to use contraception during the study and for 6 months after it ends

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 3 years (some exceptions may apply, such as certain early-stage or fully cured cancers — confirm with trial site)
  • You have had major surgery, an open biopsy, or a serious injury within 28 days before starting the study
  • You have significant heart problems, such as moderate-to-severe heart disease, an irregular heartbeat, or heart failure (confirm specific thresholds with trial site)

  • You need dialysis due to kidney failure
  • You have another serious health condition that your doctor believes could put you at risk or affect the study results
  • You have previously taken the study drug (anlotinib) or similar drugs used to treat cancer by blocking tumour blood vessel growth, such as vandetanib, cabozantinib, lenvatinib, sunitinib, or sorafenib
