Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who had surgery to completely remove a lung tumour, with laboratory testing of tissue after surgery confirming non-small cell lung cancer at stage Ib to IIIb.
- People whose tumour tissue or blood samples tested negative for certain genetic markers known as "driver genes."
- People who started their first round of chemotherapy within 8 weeks after surgery.
- People aged 18 to 74 years, of any gender.

- People whose cancer could not be fully removed by surgery, or whose pathology report did not give a clear diagnosis, or where cancer cells were found at or near the edges of the removed tissue.
- People with any medical condition (other than the risk of lung cancer returning) that means their life expectancy is estimated at less than 5 years.
- People who currently have, or have a history of, another cancer (other than the non-small cell lung cancer that was surgically removed), or who have serious heart, liver, kidney, or blood system conditions that have been diagnosed or required treatment within the past three years.
- People with a history of psychiatric disorders that are difficult to manage or control.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have a known allergy to any of the medicines used in this trial.
