Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have recently been diagnosed with a cancer that is not in the brain or central nervous system, and who will be receiving chemotherapy at University Hospital Copenhagen, Rigshospitalet.
- People who are between 7 and 29 years old at the time of their diagnosis.
- Each patient is paired with one person from their own social circle (such as a friend, partner, sibling, or cousin) who is within 24 months of the patient's age, to participate as a comparison.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not able to speak and understand Danish.
- People with a severe intellectual disability or serious mental health condition that would make participation difficult.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain.
- People who have a terminal illness.
