Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be at least 21 years old
- Both men and women can participate
- People of all ethnic backgrounds and races are welcome
- People who are scheduled to have a bronchoscopy (a procedure where a doctor looks inside the airways) for diagnosis or treatment
- People who do not have a known diagnosis of lung cancer and are not scheduled for a lung tissue collection procedure

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have bleeding problems or blood clotting disorders that would make a tissue biopsy unsafe, including certain abnormal blood test results or a very low platelet count (confirm with trial site)
- People who have unstable angina (severe, unpredictable chest pain related to the heart)
- People who have had a heart attack within the past 3 months
- People who have uncontrolled heart failure or severely high blood pressure in the lungs (confirm with trial site)
