  • You have a serious mental health condition, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or another psychotic disorder
  • You have had thoughts of suicide in the last month
  • You are currently a heavy smoker, meaning you have smoked heavily (10 pack-years or more) within the last 6 months (confirm with trial site)
  • You have used steroid medications by mouth or nose, or any other nasal sprays or drops, within the last month
  • You are taking medications that affect your immune system
  • You are pregnant or trying to become pregnant
