Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 21 years or younger at the time of joining, of any gender, race, or ethnicity
• People with a suspected or confirmed cancer that has come back or has not responded to previous treatment
• People who are scheduled to have, or have recently had, a biopsy or surgical removal of a tumor (for solid cancers), or a bone marrow sample taken (for blood cancers)
• People willing to have a blood draw or cheek swab done for genetic testing
• People (or their parents or legal guardians) willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
• People aged 7 to 17 who are willing to sign their own agreement form (called an assent form)

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer tissue is not available or cannot be accessed for testing
• People whose cancer tissue sample is too small to be used for the drug sensitivity testing and/or genetic analysis that the trial requires
• People who have been newly diagnosed with a cancer that has a high cure rate (greater than 90%) when treated with standard, safe therapies
