Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been recently diagnosed with a specific type of brain tumor called glioblastoma, confirmed by a lab test, with a particular genetic profile (called "IDH wild-type")
- Your tumor has a specific genetic marker called "MGMT unmethylated" (a lab test your doctor can check)
- A preserved sample of your tumor tissue is available for the study to use
- You have already finished standard radiation treatment, with or without a chemotherapy drug called temozolomide
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are able to have an MRI scan with contrast dye
- You are reasonably able to carry out daily activities (your doctor will assess this using a standard scale)
- The size and location of your tumor or surgery site allows it to be reached by a special sound wave treatment used in this trial
- You have never previously received any immunotherapy treatments for your brain tumor or any other condition
- You are able to understand and willing to sign a consent form before joining the study
- You are willing and able to follow the study's requirements
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough (confirm with trial site)
- You are willing to use appropriate contraception if this applies to you
Who may not be able to join:
- Your tumor appears in multiple locations in the brain, unless all areas are within a small zone that the sound wave treatment can reach, OR your tumor is located in the lower back part of the brain (called the posterior fossa)
- You have epilepsy (seizures) that is not well controlled with medication
- You have taken part in another clinical trial or received an experimental treatment within the last 2 weeks
- You have previously had a serious allergic reaction to medicines that are similar to those used in this trial
- You have a medical reason why you cannot receive a type of treatment called a checkpoint inhibitor, such as a history of certain immune system diseases
- You have a serious illness that is currently not under control
- You have had another type of cancer (other than your brain tumor) that was active within the past 12 months
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
