Who might be able to join this trial:
Arm A (one group within the trial):
- People aged 0 to 26 years old with a type of blood cancer called B cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or B cell lymphoma
- People whose cancer came back or did not respond to standard chemotherapy, and who have not received immunotherapy treatment
- People who have already received certain standard immunotherapy treatments approved by the FDA, such as Kymriah™ (tisagenlecleucel), or a drug called blinatumomab
Arm B (another group within the trial):
- People aged 0 to 26 years old with B cell precursor ALL or B cell lymphoma
- People who are being assessed for a procedure to collect immune cells (called leukapheresis) as part of a planned standard treatment with Kymriah™, blinatumomab, or inotuzumab
- People who previously received tisagenlecleucel, blinatumomab, or inotuzumab as part of a clinical trial and are now scheduled to receive one of these treatments commercially
- People whose cancer came back or did not respond to treatment
- People aged 18 and over who are able to give informed consent, or who have a parent, guardian, or legal representative who can consent on their behalf
- People under 18 whose parent, guardian, or legal representative is able to give consent on their behalf (children over 7 may also be asked to provide written agreement to participate, where appropriate)
Who may not be able to join:
- People outside the age range of 0 to 26 years old
- People who do not have a diagnosis of B cell precursor ALL or B cell lymphoma
- People who do not meet the disease history requirements for either Arm A or Arm B as described above (confirm with trial site)
- People, or whose legal representatives, are unable to provide informed consent
