Who might be able to join this trial:
- Parents or caregivers who speak Cantonese and live in Hong Kong
- People aged 21 years or older
- People who are the primary caregiver of a child aged between two and six years old who has been clinically diagnosed with, or is suspected to have, a neurodevelopmental condition (such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or developmental delay) according to DSM-5 guidelines
- People whose child is currently enrolled in preschool rehabilitation services funded by the Social Welfare Department and run by a non-government organisation
- People who live together with the child they care for
- People who have access to a device (such as a phone, tablet, or computer) with internet connection
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness
- People who have a condition affecting thinking, language, communication, vision, or hearing that may make it difficult to understand the programme content
- People who are currently taking part in another psychological, educational, or parenting support programme
