Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) at stage 3, 4, or 5, with or without a kidney transplant
- If you are on dialysis (hemodialysis), you have been receiving it regularly for at least 3 months
- Your doctor has determined you need treatment for a bone or parathyroid condition related to your kidney disease, such as renal hyperparathyroidism, renal osteodystrophy, or osteoporosis

Who may not be able to join:

- You are receiving experimental treatments or procedures from another study at the same time as this one
- You have taken certain bone or calcium medications — including etelcalcetide, bisphosphonates, denosumab, teriparatide, abaloparatide, or romosozumab — in the past 6 months (though exceptions may apply in some cases — confirm with trial site)
- You have recently started taking cinacalcet within the past 6 months
- You received a specific bone medication called Zoledronic Acid (Reclast) within the last 24 months and your kidney function is below a certain level
- You are expected to receive a kidney transplant during the study, or you received one less than 1 year ago

- Your doctor considers your overall health to be unstable
