Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of a urologic condition (affecting areas such as the bladder, prostate, testicle, ureter, kidney, urethra, penis, or scrotum) and are already scheduled for a surgical biopsy to confirm it
- You have had a CT scan, PET scan, or MRI of acceptable quality at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) within the past year
- You are already scheduled to have lymph nodes removed and/or a urologic organ removed as part of your care at BWH
- You are scheduled to have this surgery performed using a laparoscopic (minimally invasive) approach at BWH
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form before any trial-related steps begin
Who may not be able to join:
- Your kidneys are not working well enough (based on a specific kidney function measurement called eGFR being below 30 — confirm with trial site)
- You have another serious health condition that is not well controlled and could interfere with the trial, as decided by the lead doctor
- You have had a bad reaction to contrast dye (used in scans) in the past, or have another medical reason to avoid it
- You are unable to safely receive general anesthesia (the medicine that puts you to sleep during surgery)
- You are pregnant
