Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (a specific type of lung cancer), where doctors have determined that surgery to fully remove the tumour may be possible

  • People with certain heart or brain blood vessel problems
  • People who have had a serious active infection within 4 weeks before starting the study, or who have had an unexplained fever above 38°C during the screening period
  • People who have had active tuberculosis within the past year
  • People with a disease that weakens the immune system
  • People with a history of active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body)
  • People who are preparing for or have previously had an organ transplant, or who have had a stem cell transplant within 60 days before starting the study, or who have experienced a significant transplant rejection response
  • People who have needed hormone therapy to suppress the immune system and have continued that treatment within 2 weeks before joining
  • People who experienced a very severe infection (grade 4 or above) within the past year
  • People with serious lung disease (separate from their lung cancer diagnosis) (confirm with trial site)
  • People with a history of pituitary or adrenal gland problems
  • People with a history of severe mental health conditions
  • People with a history of drug abuse, heavy alcohol use, or substance use
  • People who have taken part in another clinical drug trial within the past 30 days
  • People who have received a live vaccine within 28 days before joining, or who plan to receive one during the study
  • People who have received certain traditional Chinese medicines with anti-tumour properties within 2 weeks before starting treatment, as approved by China's national medicines regulator
  • People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before starting treatment
  • People with other serious medical conditions or significant laboratory test abnormalities that, in the opinion of the trial doctors, could affect safety or the study results
  • People who are unlikely to be able to follow the trial requirements consistently
