Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are older than 16 years old and have been diagnosed with Adult-onset Still's Disease using recognised medical diagnostic guidelines (confirm with trial site)

• You are enrolled in the French national health insurance system ("Régime National d'Assurance Maladie")

Who may not be able to join:

• You have recurring fevers caused by an infection (such as tuberculosis, toxoplasmosis, deep abscesses, viral infections, or blood poisoning) or a tumour (such as lymphoma)
• You have another clearly defined inflammatory joint condition, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or spondyloarthropathy
• You have an autoimmune or inflammatory condition such as lupus, sarcoidosis, Blau syndrome, Behçet's disease, vasculitis, polymyositis, or dermatomyositis
• You have a well-defined inherited inflammatory condition with a confirmed genetic mutation, such as familial Mediterranean fever, cryopyrinopathies, TRAPS, or mevalonate kinase deficiency
• You have a known genetic form of a serious complication called Macrophage Activation Syndrome
• You are unable to understand the study information or sign the consent form
• You are not enrolled in the French national health insurance system ("Régime National d'Assurance Maladie")
