Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are adults (18 years of age or older)
- People who have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist with one of the following conditions: a depressive episode with psychotic features, Bipolar Disorder Type I, Bipolar Disorder Type II, Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, or Schizophreniform Disorder
- People who are receiving psychiatric care at Nantes University Hospital
- People who weigh at least 45kg
- People who are covered by, or eligible as a beneficiary of, a French social security scheme
- People who have given their informed consent to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant
- People who have had a cancer diagnosis within the last 5 years
- People who have received a vaccination within the last 4 weeks
- People who have an active or ongoing infection (either short-term or long-term)
- People with a history of having received an organ transplant
- People with a history of an autoimmune disease (where the body's immune system attacks itself)
- People with a hearing impairment that would make it impossible to complete the study questionnaires
- People who are under court protection (a legal arrangement where a court oversees a person's decisions)
