  • People who are adults (18 years of age or older)
  • People who have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist with one of the following conditions: a depressive episode with psychotic features, Bipolar Disorder Type I, Bipolar Disorder Type II, Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, or Schizophreniform Disorder
  • People who are receiving psychiatric care at Nantes University Hospital
  • People who weigh at least 45kg
  • People who are covered by, or eligible as a beneficiary of, a French social security scheme
  • People who have given their informed consent to take part in the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are pregnant
  • People who have had a cancer diagnosis within the last 5 years
  • People who have received a vaccination within the last 4 weeks
  • People who have an active or ongoing infection (either short-term or long-term)
  • People with a history of having received an organ transplant
  • People with a history of an autoimmune disease (where the body's immune system attacks itself)
  • People with a hearing impairment that would make it impossible to complete the study questionnaires
  • People who are under court protection (a legal arrangement where a court oversees a person's decisions)
