Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female
- People with a good general health and activity level, as measured by a standard medical scoring system (ECOG score of 0–1) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with stage III non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer), confirmed by a tissue or cell sample
- People whose cancer has been assessed by a specialist team as unable to be removed by surgery, but suitable for radiotherapy with the aim of curing the disease

- People whose cancer is confirmed to be a mixed type involving both small cell and non-small cell lung cancer
- People whose cancer has certain specific gene changes (such as EGFR mutations or ALK fusions)
- People who have previously received any systemic cancer treatment for their lung cancer, including immunotherapy drugs
- People who have previously had radiotherapy to the chest area
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within 4 weeks (or a shorter timeframe based on the previous drug) before starting this trial
- People who have received immune-stimulating treatments before starting the trial
- People who have received, or are expected to need, immune-suppressing medications during the trial
- People who have an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
- People who have had another type of cancer in the 5 years before screening (other than non-small cell lung cancer)
- People with known or suspected interstitial pneumonia (a type of lung inflammation)
- People with other moderate to severe lung conditions that could affect breathing or interfere with treatment
- People with serious heart or brain blood vessel disease
- People who have had significant bleeding or a strong tendency to bleed within 1 month before starting the trial
- People who have had a blood clot in a vein or artery within 3 months before starting the trial
- People who test positive for HIV
- People with active hepatitis B or C infection
- People with evidence of active tuberculosis within 1 year before starting the trial
- People who have had a serious infection within 4 weeks before starting the trial
- People who have received a live vaccine within 28 days before starting the trial, or who are expected to need one during the trial
- People who have had major surgery (not including diagnostic procedures or biopsies) within 28 days before starting the trial
- People who have had, or are planned to have, a bone marrow or organ transplant from a donor
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction to a monoclonal antibody or similar biological medicine in the past
- People who are allergic to any component of the trial treatment
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial
- People with a known history of substance abuse, alcohol dependence, or drug abuse
- People with any other condition that the trial doctor considers would make participation unsuitable
