Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have recently been diagnosed with a specific type of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a cancer at the back of the nose/throat) confirmed by tissue biopsy — specifically the non-keratinizing type (classified as WHO Type II or III)

- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have heart or blood vessel disease that is not well controlled
- People with serious additional health conditions, such as high blood pressure that cannot be adequately controlled
- People with a diagnosed mental health disorder
- People with a history of drug or alcohol dependency
- People who do not have full legal capacity to make decisions for themselves (confirm with trial site)
