Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are starting radiation treatment for a brain tumor
• People who are between 8 and 22 years old at the time of joining the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose general intellectual ability, based on standardized testing, is estimated to be significantly below average (an IQ score below 70)
• People who have a history of a significant brain or nervous system condition before their brain tumor diagnosis, such as a stroke or a head injury that caused loss of consciousness
• People who have a major physical impairment — such as blindness, significant muscle weakness, poorly controlled seizures, or difficulty sitting or standing without help — that would prevent them from completing the cognitive (thinking and memory) tests or training in the study
• People who have a mental health condition that would prevent or take priority over taking part in the study, such as active psychosis or thoughts of suicide
• People who need to be put under full general anesthesia during their daily radiation treatment sessions (note: people who only need sedation during the planning stage of radiation, but not during the daily treatments themselves, may still be eligible — confirm with trial site)
