Who might be able to join this trial:

• You were born with a uterus
• You are between 18 and 45 years old
• You may or may not have endometriosis — both are welcome

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have been diagnosed with a heart or cardiovascular disease
• Your BMI (body mass index) is over 35
• You currently use any nicotine products, such as cigarettes, chewing tobacco, or vaping
• You are currently using hormone replacement therapy, or have used it in the past 6 months
• You have known skin allergies, a current rash, a skin condition, or a pigmentation disorder
• You have diabetes
• You have a kidney disease, kidney artery narrowing, or reduced kidney function
• You have a liver disease
• You have high blood pressure at Stage II level (above 140/90 mmHg)
• You have low blood pressure (below 90/60 mmHg)
• You have Raynaud's syndrome (a condition affecting blood flow to the fingers and toes)
• You are currently taking any medications that could affect your heart or blood circulation, such as blood pressure medications, water tablets (diuretics), or digoxin (confirm with trial site)
• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the medications being tested in this trial
• Your immune system is weakened or suppressed for any reason
