Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, at an advanced stage (stage III or IV)
- Your cancer has a specific genetic change known as an HR and/or SF3B1 mutation (a lab test would confirm this)
- Your cancer can be measured on scans, following standard medical guidelines called RECIST 1.1
- You are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself (your doctor will assess this using a standard health scale)
- Any side effects from previous cancer treatments have mostly or fully resolved
- Your doctors expect you to live for more than 3 months
- If you are able to have children, you are willing and able to use birth control during the treatment period (pregnant women cannot join this trial)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with a type of drug called a PARP inhibitor
- You have a known allergy or serious reaction to any of the three study drugs: Fluzoparib, Camrelizumab, or Temozolomide
- You have a condition that affects your immune system, or you are currently taking steroid medicines at higher doses (above 10 mg of prednisone or equivalent per day) or other medicines that suppress your immune system, within 7 days before starting the trial (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the last 5 years before joining the trial
